Cena Life is where ScienCE meets NAture through innovative mental health service offerings that use psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy to assist individuals in bettering their own mental health and wellness.

At Cena Life we are focused on the mental health and well-being of individuals and families through the provision of accessible, high quality alternatives to traditional treatments.

We also have a partnership program whose goal is supporting practitioners and clinics in offering these same treatments, so they can be confident in their preparedness and familiarity with the emerging regulatory landscape that will govern psychedelic therapy practices across Canada and beyond.

Experience the strength of collaboration.
Our interdisciplinary team is committed to supporting your journey from start to finish, to demonstrate engagement and unwavering teamwork.

Our Services

Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS)

rTMS produces very few adverse effects and is better tolerated than medications or other therapeutic neuromodulation approaches. It specifically increases connections between areas of the brain that are seen to have gaps in patients with mental health illness and treatment-resistant disease.

Ketamine assisted therapy (KaT)

Ketamine treatments support individuals who have struggled with traditional forms of therapy to reach cumulative and sustained wellness. Maintenance treatments have helped recipients of KaT achieve results that are lasting.

Special Access Program (SAP)

Cena Life uses Health Canada’s Special Access Program as a pathway to access Psilocybin and MDMA therapies in Canada. Compared to tobacco/nicotine, alcohol, and caffeine, classic psychedelics have an exceptional safety profile for users. MDMA and psilocybin are among the lowest risk endogenous compounds commonly consumed today.

Psychology Services

At Cena Life, we support psychedelic assisted psychotherapy integration as well as general psychology services. As part of our services we offer post treatment integration groups. When participating in psychotherapy groups, clients report experiencing an increased sense of belonging and camaraderie among participants, openness and discussion to explore and hear different perspectives, and the creation of accountability, confidence and self discovery.
If you’re a new client, please take some time to review these considerations before booking an Info Session.
